Join our Seated Activity sessions to improve your overall strength, balance and functional movements. Sessions are predominately chair based with the option for standing alternatives, perfect for those struggling with falls or worried about falling. Sessions incorporate resistance bands for strength, cardiovascular work and balance/functional movements to improve activities of daily life.

These weekly classes are delivered by our qualified instructor who is able to support you if you are new to classes, as well as being able to  accommodate for participants with numerous health conditions.

 

What to Bring

  • Wear clothes and footwear you are comfortable in.
  • Resistance Band (Can be purchased for £1 at your first session if you don’t own one)
  • Water bottle to keep hydrated.
