Pilates
Join our Pilates session every Tuesday 7:15pm-8:15pm at Thythorn Hill community centre in Wigston.
A low-intensity exercise session that aims to improve your posture, balance, flexibility and body awareness whilst working to increase your core strength and tone your muscles.
This is a mat-based class which is suitable for all levels of fitness including beginners as the exercises can easily be modified to either challenge or assist your workout.
You will need to bring yourself, an exercise mat and a drink of water!

£8.50 per class (block booking 3 sessions for £20)
Registration information
You will need to complete an online registration form before joining a class so that we know a bit about you. Please complete the form through the button below.
For your first session, please ensure that you inform the instructor of any emergency health information and emergency contact.
