Our Fit to Dance classes combine routines from various dance styles including line dancing, contemporary and ballet to offer a varied but fun exercise class. Our aim is to improve your health, fitness, and well-being in a fun and social way. This programme is aimed at those who are 55+ and inactive and/or less mobile,  but we welcome anybody who is 18+ and looking to become or stay active!

In class, the line dancing routines are often a favourite, as they are a great way to get your heart pumping and have a laugh. The ballet routines are then great for balance and control, as well as being good at bringing your heart rate back down. You will learn different routines every 4-6 weeks to help keep you on your toes!

Like the sound of this? Why not try our Thursday class, which follows a similar style to Fit to Dance, again, being aimed at those 55+ who want to stay/be more active. However, our Keep Moving class also incorporates strength and balance routines into each session,  to give you an all-round workout!
