Physical Health Conditions
Physical health conditions can be a significant barrier to becoming more active. These can range from heart and lung issues that cause problems when you are too active and your pulse and breathing rate increase too much to mobility or pain issues which prevent you moving as much as you would like to. However, this shouldn’t stop from being more active, we just have to be a bit more creative about how we do that! Below is a collection of information about how to become more active with your health condition and if you need further support, you can complete our behavioural assessment by clicking the link below or you can get in touch with your GP or health professional for further support.
